This March, we’re proud to spotlight Rescueber as our Donation of the Month. Rescueber is run by Rachel, a dedicated animal welfare advocate who donates her time, vehicle, and energy to help animals and shelters across the region.
Rachel plays a vital role in connecting resources to the rescues that need them most. Through Rescueber, she provides transportation for shelter animals, delivers supplies, and helps ensure donations make it into the right hands. Her efforts are entirely volunteer-driven, and she’s been a behind-the-scenes force in the local rescue community for years.
You may not know it, but when you donate toys, treats, paczki, or other items through Happy Dog Barkery, it’s often Rachel who personally delivers those items to shelters. She helps us extend the impact of your donations beyond our walls—and into the hands of rescues doing the day-to-day work of saving lives.
