This tasty shippable dog cake come in a variety of colors with a customizable message on it! This cake was designed by My Best Friend Specialty Pet Bakery and is now happily produced by Happy Dog Barkery.

Cake Ingredients:
- Grain-Free Peanut Butter: organic peanut butter, garbanzo bean flour, canola oil, honey, baking soda, mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E)
- Carob-Fudge: whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, molasses, canola oil, honey, carob powder, baking soda, mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E)
Frosting Ingredients:
- sugar, vegetable oil, whey powder, milk solids, yogurt powder, soy lecithin, artifical color and flavor, salt, lactic acid (may contain USDA food coloring)
Cake Storage
- Due to the density of the cake, a serrated knife works best
- Cake should be put in the refridgerator upon receipt and will last 7 days
- Cakes can also be frozen for up to 3 months
- Freezing instructions: remove cake from inner box and wrap in saran wrap prior to freezing
- To thaw a forzen cake: let cake come to room temperature to reduce sweating from humidity
This is a dense cake recipe, so please use caution when serving it to your dog. Never leave your pet unsupervised while enjoying their cake. If you'd like to soften the texture, we recommend using a dog-safe bone broth or goat's milk.

The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, but most packages are received within 3 days of shipment. Cake Storage information: Our cakes are shelf stable for approximately one week. This covers processing, shipping, transit time and serving if cake is served immediately. If your cake is not going t be served immediately, please refrigerate for up to 10 days or freeze. When getting ready to serve, let cake come to room temperature inside the inner box to reduce sweating. Expedited shipping is available, request a quote for shipping at info@lawrencem48.sg-host.com. Happy Dog Barkery will not be held responsible for postal delays or lost packages, however if your package is lost or damaged will file a claim on your behalf. Warm weather information: The icing on our cakes will melt if exposed to the very warm temperatures for extended periods of time. During warm weather, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the cake so it is not sitting in the sun outside for any length of time. Customers may also request the package be held at the post office for pick up. We also offer gel ice packs during checkout for added protection during warm weather shipping. |
| A Word About Sensitivities and Allergies | A WORD ABOUT ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES. Some dogs, just like humans, can be allergic or sensitive to some ingredients used in our products. The list below gives the ingredients that may be found in some or all of our products: Wheat Flour, Oat Flour, Peanut Butter, Carob Powder, Honey, Molasses, Canola Oil, Baking Soda, Yogurt Chips, Carob Chips, USDA Certified Food Colorings, Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols) WHEAT – Wheat flour is used in our products to give them stability. Products that are "wheat-free" often crumble and break easily. Since we ship our products nationwide, we use wheat flour to offer stability in shipping. If your dog is actually allergic to wheat please contact us to discuss options for a wheat-free cake. If your dog is not allergic to wheat, which is the case for most dogs, your dog should do fine with our products, especially since they are treats and fed in very small quantities and only occasionally as in birthday cakes which are fed once a year. FOOD COLORINGS – Most of our product designs are created with the use of food colorings. Most dogs do fine with food colorings. Rarely, a dog's stool will change color after ingesting food color. This is harmless. However, if your dog is sensitive or allergic to food colorings, any of our cake and cookie designs can be made without the use of food colorings. If you are unsure if your dog is sensitive to food colorings, but would like to be cautious, we suggest you order products without. Most of our listings offer "neutral colors" which are yogurt and carob (white and brown) and do not contain food color. If a particular listing does not offer neutral colors please put a note on your order that you do not want food colorings and we will make the design in yogurt and carob only. PLEASE NOTE: Our pet portrait cakes MUST be made with food colorings. We cannot paint a dog on the cake without color.
